1. tickets purchased at our office should be returned, after prior arrangement by phone at +420 234 697 959, to the Collegium 1704 office at Mánesova 53, Prague 2
  2. payments for tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded to your account by Colosseum Ticket / GoOut within 90 days from the date of the concert. If you do not wish to receive a refund for tickets purchased online for a cancelled concert, please inform us at the email address info@collegium1704.com.
  3. payments for tickets purchased at Colosseum Ticket branches should be requested via the form on the Colosseum Ticket website.
  4. payments for tickets purchased at the box offices of the Rudolfinum should be requested there. The Rudolfinum box offices are closed until further notice; please follow updates on the Czech Philharmonic website.
  5. information about refunds for tickets purchased via the Reservix network can be obtained at ben@collegium1704.com.
